Shipping policy

All paid orders are typically shipped to you within 1-2 business days. This does not apply to pre-orders, which are clearly marked with an extended delivery time in the product description. DPD and DHL usually take around 3 business days for delivery within Germany.

If your order includes a pre-order item, we generally ship everything together once all items are available. In some cases, however, we may send partial deliveries. Please note that the availability date indicated for a pre-order is an estimate; there may be a slight delay depending on the delivery or, at times, the item may even arrive sooner.

Our standard shipping partner is DPD; however, in special cases or upon request, we can ship via DHL. Returns are handled with DHL, as there are generally more DHL locations accessible to our customers than DPD locations.

If a delivery is refused without prior consultation, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs, which can be up to 20 euros depending on the size and weight of the package.

If your address was incomplete and the package is returned to us, we can arrange for a re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

Environment & Sustainability

When you open your package, you may notice the beautiful packaging material. Don’t worry! We use sustainably produced materials and only as much as necessary to protect your products during shipping. Occasionally, we use boxes that have been used before, typically from manufacturers, as they are far too valuable to discard. We appreciate your understanding.

Return Deadlines, Processing Time, and Refunds

You can return any unwanted, unused items within 14 days. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, we will refund your payment using the same method you selected for your original purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed back to your credit card account. Please allow a few days for processing, as the return and refund may take some time. During high-volume times, such as the Christmas season, processing may take up to 10 business days in addition to the time required for the package to reach us.

Is the Shipping Insured?

Yes, packages are insured up to 500 €.

What Happens if You Are Not Home When Your Package Arrives?

If you are not home when DPD or DHL attempts delivery, a notification is usually left in your mailbox. Please also check your tracking information. From the next business day, you can collect your package at the designated post office. Alternatively, you may arrange for a neighbor to accept the package on your behalf.
