Refund policy
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as described below, where a consumer is defined as any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (loveu.de, Alfred-Herrhausen-Allee 3-5, 65760 Eschborn, jesse at loveu dot de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. A partial withdrawal is not possible.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier date.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
In certain cases, we will cover the cost of return for items that can normally be returned to us by post due to their nature. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If a partial return reduces your total order amount below the threshold for free shipping, we will charge you the originally applied shipping costs.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts. The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are outside the European Union.
General Information
- Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
- Please do not return goods to us with unpaid postage.
- Please note that the points mentioned in section 1 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
- All books are excluded from the 14-day return policy.
